Obama's election mantra of "Change" meant a lot of things to a lot of people this time last year. For Black America it meant a black president, simple as, 93% of black Americans who could vote, voting for their man, a rather unique and acceptable race based vote to end racism, if you see what I mean. But for one-in-four Black American males between the ages 16-24 they couldn't take part in this historic vote as they have been through the penal system, the ones that hold the key to Obama's future for me.
