If good looks were how a fighter would win titles and have their career judged, sadly for Rocky Marciano his career would have been over before it'd have started, with a face only a mother (a blind one at that) could have loved. The 49 fight professional career he had of eating leather wouldn't have done much to enhance his features either. Infact the black eyes, broken nose, fat lips and even a split nose may have been part of some sick plan of his to have his face remodeled, with the logic "I couldn't get any uglier if you mashed my face up anyway", and his face first style, which while brilliant to watch, may have come from not just a stoic nature, but also ...
