I am definately from the generation of online shoppers, I find it so much easier if I want to buy something, whether it be my weekly shop or a new pair of shoes to go online and order it rather than having to find time to go into the nearest town.

The advantages of shopping online -
1 - You can compare prices at the click of a button, if you went into the town centre the shops which sell the item you want may not be close to each other;
2 - You don't have the cost of driving into town and parking;
3 - I find I'm less likely to buy something I hadn't intended to buy because it was there on the end of an aisle;
4 - you can shop at whatever time of day you want to;
5 - You can usually find a dicount code for the big shops by googling their name and there are often online only offers.

As with everything it has it's adavntages but there are disadvantages of shopping online...

The disadvantages of shopping online -
1 - You often have to pay postage charges;
2 - You have to wait for your purchases to be delievered, and this often means staying at home all day which isn't always easy if you work;
3 - You can't try things on, just look at a picture.

I find the advantages outweigh the disadvantages but shopping online isn't for everyone.
