20 questions, this can be played like this set of questions, or as Yes/No questions and if the person says something else, they are out,or as trying to find out who they are (i.e. they are given a label on their back such as Minnie Mouse and have to find out their new identity): 1 If you'd been born a girl instead of a boy or vice-versa, do you know what name your parents would have given you? No, but my brother is called David, so I might have been called that. Dominoes. What are Dominoes? No they are not Pizza’s, at least not the ones I am talking about. Dominoes originate from China where there are records of them being made in 1120. A centre line divides each rectangular tile; on either side ...  Read the complete review

I don't know how often over the years I've found my own children seemed to derive more pleasure from playing with the packaging of their presents at Christmas, than the actual contents. You've probably heard this said many times, so have I, but it really is true. Just think for yourself the number of possibilities which can come from a large cardboard box. I've seen it become a castle, fort, boat, house and numerous other things over the years, The computer games, once mastered, no longer hold a challenge and were usually cast aside on Boxing Day or else swapped for another, with a friend. It seems things haven't really ...  Read the complete review

Anyone who read my dooyoo Christmas wishlist will know that the game 'Gooey Louie' was pretty near the top. And anyone who read the comments on my dooyoo Christmas wishlist will know that I accidently tripped over a Gooey Louie in our attic a couple of weeks before Christmas. So, it will come as no surprise that, as soon as we had eaten the last mouthful of Christmas pudding, the table was cleared, the cellophane was eagerly ripped off the box and my husband and father were roped in for some serious - if rather disgusting - game playing. The box contained a plastic head - which disconcertingly has four eyes and two tongues. (yes, we were all perfectly ...  Read the complete review
