In the wimbledon 2000 championships, many saw the powerhouse, Mark Philippoussis, defeat Britains Tim Henman. He relies on his very powerful serve to wipe the court with his opponents. But is there any quality tennis behind his scud missisle service? Premium Review Should win more titles in the future! (277 words)

Mark Philippoussis another one of the great Australian tennis players and has a real good game, which could give him a many titles. The thing is that he has never really proved himself and reached his full potential anyway. He has had some good results and knocked out Tim Henman at Wimbledon this year in a gripping 5 set battle. He then lost in the following round. His game is very natural and is good because he uses his strength and body weight. He is known as the power house and he has so much weight in all his shots. Premium Review Mark Philippoussis: Powerhouse!!1 (101 words)

Rating:

Welcome to the power house of the mens tennis circuit. Mark Philippoussis hits his serve at a hefty 130 mph, on AVERAGE. He is also very good at the back of the court, and is equally comfortable at the net. He is a world class player, as is shown by beating Pete Sampras and Tim Henman recently. he has been unlucky at Wimbledon where he got injured and then faced Andre Agassi on form If he could play to his potential every time, and control his immense power then we could be looking at a star for the future. ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review The 2001 Wimbledon Champion? (112 words)

Who will be next years wimbledon male champion ? The obvious contenders include Andre Agassi and Pete Sampram , but I believe it will be the Australians turn Mark Philippoussis. The best server in the world apart from maybe Greg but is he ever in form at the wright time ? Mark hit over 90 aces in 3 matches this year and as a young player he can only improve. He had tough 5 setter matches and of couse nocked out the british number one Mr. Tim Henman. So if you class Tim as a contender Mark has to be one !! Put your money on the Big young Australian now! ...  Read the complete review
