Advantages: Plenty to do, reasonably priced

Disadvantages: Limited parking

Finding good quality entertainment leisure centres in the south west isnt easy, especially in the Devon and Cornwall area's.
Plymouth Pavilions is the best place you can visit.
There is a swimming pool with slides, an ice rink and an entertainment arena which is host to some of the best national groups and productions. There is also food venues at the pavilions.
The ice rink is a decent size and there are various sessions ranging from skate and coffee, general skating, skating lessons, ice hockey and skating discos. You can hire your own skates or take your own and there are also lockers available to put your shoes in for a returnable 20 pence.
The swiiming 'fun' pool has two slides, wave machine and a jacuzzi. There are also different sessions for the pool, toddlers, young and disabled, general sessions, inflatables and swimming lessons.
The entertainment venue has a variety of acts over the year, top names include Girls aloud, tickets can be booked a head at the booking office and quite often through ticket master.
As a whole Plymouth Pavilions is an all round good entertainment complex thats is reasonably prices and also has good disabled access.
