Reading F.C.

I have been searching on here for the Reading football stadium, The Madejski Stadium, and could'nt find it so i have deciced to do a review on the stadium. Im not a Reading fan but have been there a few times, including yesterday, and felt it was a nice stadium to review. The apperance of the stadium from the outside looks abit like a big shop, its right next to some shops and seems to blend in. Its a bowl style with lots of metal from the outside. When you think of a team in Divison 2 that plays in the Blue and White hoops, most people immediately think of QPR. it was their sad demise from Division 1 last year that was expected to be greeted by a table topping performance by the boys at loftus road in this campaign. Yet it is another team who are topping the table in Division 2 in the same strip. A team that have been locked in the division much longer than the short 10 months that QPR have been down here. Just more than 6 years ago, 85 minutes into the 1st Division Playoff Final at Wembley saw Reading leading Bolton 2-1. The 86th minute was a heartbreaker. Bolton drew level to take the tie into extra-time and from there on, there was only going to be one winner. 4-3 was the final score, with Reading scoring a very late 119th minute consolation goal. 6 years on, and the stage is set!
