Unfortunately I must confess to using this sort of language when one has been behind the wheel at times!!!!

No matter how mild your form of road rage its still road rage and I don't believe anybody who says they've never sworn or stuck their fingers up at the windscreen when somebodys just pulled out in front of them or stopped without indicating!!

I travel every single day of my life by car to various places whether it be to work, down the stables, shopping etc etc and do we not always come across that stupid ignorant driver who seems to think of nobody else but him/herself - yes men and women are both to blame!!

Only just half an hour ago I was driving down the road, on my way back to work, following a car who then decides he needs to stop by the side of the road, WITHOUT indicating!!!! I'm sorry but this really winds me up!!!! how selfish! this driver seems to think that he has nothing but a windscreen apparently he has no rear view mirror or wing mirrors - he thought they were there for decoration!! obviously he is the only person travelling up that road at that given time.

We then have the elderly driver and the very short person driver (sorry not meaning to be rude to anybody here but!) neither seem to be able to see over the steering wheel and their rev counter never goes above 35mph. People are always getting told about speeding but I feel at times that these drivers are WORSE! They too have no rear view mirror and their neck doesn't seem able to turn left or right!

We then have the opposite effect once we reach the busier A roads. The idiot behind who just cannot wait even though we're already heading down the road at a steady 50mph, probably with a dual carriageway approaching shortly, with loads of traffic in front of us - oops you've missed him there he goes past 3 cars with a vehicle then coming towards him he cuts up car number 4 to avoid killing himself or the oncoming vehicle.
Why did he need to do such a manouevre he hasn't got any further with another 150 cars in front of him.

My road rage doesn't just stop at the way people drive - its their parking too!!!!! Having to work in the city centre and having to drive to get there, I find nothing more frustrating that trying to park my car. I personally don't struggle to fit the car in the smallest of places its all those others who have parked their car and have forgotten that morning that they unfortunately are not the only person who have to park - so why do they have to park their car and take up 2 spaces or park at such an obscure angle nobody else can get in??? the amount of times I've had to squeeze into spaces and then just enough room to slide out of the door!!!

I really do feel at times that I don't know how some of these people EVER passed a driving test. Maybe regular intermittent tests would be of help to some people, because lets face it road rage is never going to stop until people have more consideration for other drivers.

But then I like you are the perfect driver!!!!!! (isn't that we what we all think?)

I agree that regular tests should be compulsery. I used to be a good driver but my standards have deteriated so I am doing something about it. However other people seem to think that you only need to drive properly once in your life and thats during your test. What frustrates me is when people take hours to get away from the lights then break every speedlimit known to man. Also I feel that we should all stick to a 30mph limit as it's in those areas that there is the most danger. Although there are roads where a low limit doesn't seem to be sensible. Another thing I hate is when I am driving at the speed limit and people tailgate me, I could understand if I was doing 30 in a 40 zone.
