Advantages: Protect yourself from aggessive Drivers!

Disadvantages: Quieter Roads!

As a driver, you actually have a lot of control over the risks you face on the road. Knowing the best way to deal with the everyday situations you encounter will help ensure you reach your destination safely.
Here are some of the most important driving techniques and habits you can (and should) adopt.
Aggressive drivers are:-
People who run red lights, drive too fast, drive too close, and turn everyday driving into a competition - are responsible for the majority of crashes in Britian.
Getting involved with an aggressive driver isn't worth the risk. Remember, logic doesn't always prevail!

For your own safety:-
*If another driver is too close, safely move out of the way and let the vehicle pass.
*Don't react to gestures and don't return them (tempting as it may be!).
*Avoid eye contact.
*Keep your windows closed and the doors locked

Don't be an aggressive driver!
Whether you're doing the daily commute, seeing the sights on a day trip, or just running to the local grocery for a pint of milk, here are ways to keep calm on the road.

*Be realistic about your travel time. Allow time for possible delays because of traffic, construction or bad weather. If you're going to be later than you expected - deal with it. Take a deep breath and accept the delay. Like they say, better to arrive late than to not arrive at all.
*Set a good example, to other drivers and to the other people in your vehicle. This is especially important if some of your passengers are children who will learn their attitude towards driving from you.
*Give other drivers the benefit of the doubt. They might be from out of town, in a hurry, or distracted by things that have nothing to do with you.
*Slow down and keep your distance.

Be careful out there!!

Sorry but I can not rate this as it is the same as your 1st opinion just placed in another category. Unless you change the whole opinion then you will probably find that Dooyoo will lock it so that it can no longer be rated and all what you have earned from this opinion will be lost.

Some useful tips and ideas - if you want lots of "Very usefuls" I would suggest writing a bit more and perhaps expanding on those techniques for staying calm.
