There are few things that make me angry. These belong justly to the Room 101.

Charities: Charity begins at home gets a new makeover. We are desperate to take your money and will call you every minute of day, send you letters, send you emails, beg you on the street.
While I agree charities do a good job generally. These days every charity is a business. Most of money earned from begging goes to administration cost. Staff wages, TV campaigns, postal campaigns, market research to improve image. I have given money to charities in the past for selfish reasons. I wanted to feel better for giving to the poor or the needy. Last week I read an article stating one charity spends 55% on administration. This is way too much. Why don't charities pay less to staff and spend less on advertising and media and spend more on where the money should be spent.

Summer blockbusters: time is approaching fast, rubbish films will be hyped to sell tickets. Can you recall a decent film in the summer months.

Cinemas: Why is popcorn so expensive. Why are tickets for films so expensive and why there is always an idiot in every screening talking loudly and getting exciting at the start of every scene.

Drivers: lot of people can't drive or too immature to be on the road. Raise driving age to 25 and that will reduce the congestion in a day.

Dooyoo: silly suggestions like What is in your war. Should we apologies to dictators in Africa and Asia and South America for slavery and meddling in their affairs. Very silly titles.


Football season: no sooner has the season ended it begins again.

Chelsea and Man Utd: there are more clubs out there folks. Every time I switch the radio or telly on all I hear is these two clubs.

TV licence: waste of money. BBC network spends too much money on stupid programmes. I just want sports and movies on all the time, not going to happen that easily!


For the moment these are things that I hate.
