Advantages: He he he! Down they go to Room 101!

Disadvantages: They don't actually go. :-(

Dawdlers are the first to come to mind when thinking about what to put into Room 101 but I'm sure by the end of the review I shall have thought of some more!

Dawdlers

If you are a dawdler then get out of my way! Is there anything more annoying when you are trying to get to somewhere at a reasonable pace than people who just stroll along, oblivious to the rest of the world? I'm not trying to generalise but it seems to mainly be older people - you might be retired and have nothing much to do but I have so speed up! Dawdling at it's worst occurs when they group together - 3 dawdlers together across the pavement strolling along. They take up so much space that you have to walk in the gutter to get past, and they look surprised - wondering where you appeared from. What - other people use the pavement too?

Cake Bars

Right - I've thought of another thing. Cake bars. I have in my mind particulaly Mr Kippling's Chocolate Chip Cake Bars, but there are any other offenders. Why are they so small? This particular cake bar is literaly two bites in size. Are the manufacturers in some conspiracy to put us all on a secret diet? Think about the average portion of cake you would expect at your parents or friends house. Halve it. Halve it again. Right you are now close to how big these cake bars are. They are almost pointless in their titchiness. OK they taste nice, but if you put the thing down for a second you would never find it again without the aid of a magnifying glass.

Finger licking

I have a part time job in a shop on the till. After a long shift anything can become annoying but there is one thing that makes me almost sick - customers who lick their fingers when they pick out their money. Eeeewww! Think about it - handing a stranger bits of paper with your spit on it. Urgh. It's not like it makes picking up the notes any easier but still they do it. I always hold the money at the corners if I see the
m do this. Another thing - holding money in sweaty hands for ages. I have been handed notes that are soggy and almost wet - gross!

If you take Room 101 seriously I suppose you should put war and suffering and things into it, but I am working on the more light-hearted and trivial version like the TV show. These things may be small and trvial but that does not stop them being annoying. Honestly I have almost been driven to madness trying to walk down the high street with crowds of dawdling people wandering aimlessly everywhere. I could have added more things to this list - chewing gum left under tables, people who hum in a tuneless fashion (or at all), clothes whose sizes do not reflect their actual fit or even people who insist on always looking on the bright side of things. Why won't you just be depressed or cynical like the rest of us for a change! Grrrr!

I have vented my spleen. Thank you.

I'll agree with lac2 on this one, people who stop to have chats in shopping centre aisles and block the way is extremely annoying. Funny review :)

Hmm. Dawdlers are annoying but I don't think they should die, just look behind them occasionally to let them past. maybe we should have a fast and slow lane on the pavements with little lines drawn to show where you can and can't walk. There could also be fines for people that walk in the wrong lanes.

LOL...I&# 39;m joking of course (or am i?)
