Run for your life (Running as Exercise)

Advantages: Big gain in fitness Disadvantages: Bad for your knee joints
I first started running (fast jogging) just over a month ago and have been amazed by how much my level of fitness has increased. Already I wake up earlier, don't feel so grogg-y in the morning, don't tire so easily, and generally feel more alert. I would recommend anyone who is looking to increase their fitness to take up jogging. Summary: |
