Paul Scholes is the best England player we have had for a while now, and although he is going to face tough competition for a place in the Manchester United Squad I believe he has what it takes to remain at the top level, on top of his game, keeping is position in the first team, week in, week out, and I know that he'll be one of the most influential England players.

Paul Scholes has been at Manchester United for a while now, he's won many championships with them, as well as European and domestic cups and trophies and I feel that without him they would not be in the commanding position that they're in. As a Liverpool supporter, I feel that Manchester United will come under a lot of pressure from ourselves and from the London clubs, but if there's one Man United player that I'd like to have playing at Anfield - it would be Paul Scholes.

A fans favourite, Scholes has scored many top goals, he's also managed to secure a place in the National squad and scores regularly for England - I think he's scored around 11 for us so far, maybe even more.
His tactical knowledge and workrate is fantastic - he's accuracy, weight and timing on his passing is amazing and he's got the skills and shooting ability too.
