Why do Cheats Prosper (Michael Schumacher)

I am sick of Murray Walker and others singing the praises of Michael Schumaker. He may be a good driver, but in order to win or attempt to win he blatently cheats, (ie shunting Hill out of the race) on more than one occasion. He is arrogant about his ability, and condecending to others.

When he has committed stupid and childish mistakes like overtaking in the warm up lap there are mass appeals to avoid penalties. When he is cought for speeding in the pit lane Murray walker will rant about it being a tradgedy - Why?, if he was the best driver he could control his acceleration.

Last season his technical team made a stupid mistake by making a car part the wong and illeagal size. But after an appeal they got away with it. This was a clear breach of the rules, and in a sport with so much money involved and so many high wages to be paid the team should have been made to suffer. Again they just got awaqy with it.
