The Sepang circuit in Malayasia is one of the newest additions to Formula One calendar, this being only the second time it has been used.

To all intents and purposes it is a good track, it is very wide and has a combination of fast flat out corners and slow hairpin turns. A good feature to aid overtaking is the long straight before a hairpin bend that leads on to the home/finish straight, which means two long straights seperated with a hairpin, and a good chance of an overtaking manoeuvre or slip stream.

The scenery of the track also sets it apart from others, massive designer grandstands with Japanaese style roofs line the straights.

A great addition to the F1 calendar and one that should remain for a long time.
