I think that it should. But it be perscribed becauce some pepole that are dianosed with bipolar or any other illness. That it could help alot of pepole. But I don't think that it should be released into the public no. I think it could help alot of ill pepole. Instead of alot of pills. I had a counciler tell me that bipolar pepole who smoke get better reasults than taking a buch of pills.

Summary: all good
