I think cannabis should be legal to have in your possesion and to smoke it, when you feel the need.

After all, if you want a drink you can go to the pub anytime! and as we all know, alcohol does more damage to your liver than the odd joint or two.

The only downfall to smoking cannabis, is the tobacco in the joint, it is more harmful than the cannabis.
I know people of 50 years plus who enjoy a smoke, and they don't think it should be illegal.

I know people who have MS, they say this does more for them than the drugs the doctors prescribe.
I think depending on the mood your in and the way you are feeling, depends on how the cannabis effects you.
If your in a good mood, it makes you happier, if your in a bad mood, it mellows you out and relax's you.
If you are tired, it will help you sleep soundly, so why should it be illegal, I suppose it could become habit forming if used regularly, but used within moderation i can't see a problem.

If the government decides that cannabis should be legalised, lets hope they don't tax it too much as i am just an ordinary working guy who can't afford to pay tax on anything else.
