I think it is a good idea overall to ban smoking. It is easy for me and others to say that when we don't smoke. However there's nothing worse than going to a retaurant for a meal, and comming back stinking of smoke, This wont happen if the smokers are forced to smoke outside.

Smoking is a common thing for the pub trade in this country, they can make a lot of money selling cigarretes on the premises. There are a lot of drinkers that do smoke. I feel this could kill some of the trade which would be a shame, I hope it doesn't, I hope instead it encourages people to give up.

People that get addicted to smoking waste a lot money on these sticks! whats the point? I'm told smoking to a smoker is as enjoyable as eating and drinking, fine but why start? By bringing this law in it may encourage people to give up and make our nation a healthier one. I can't help to see girls in particular, seem to be smoking more and more, maybe to keep themselves slim, I don't know whether this works, but its not really a good reason just to smoke. For once the government have made the right decision here.
