Advantages: you dont smoke as much
Disadvantages: get cold , uncomfortable and cant sit down
I agree with the non smoking in public places.I am a smoker but i think people have rights and do not ask to breath in other peoples smoke, for instance going to a pub with friends but having to breath in the smoke that is going around the room and having to get your clothes all smelling of smoke when your not even a smoker.
Most of the clubs around here have a shelter that is built into the club which i think is such a really good idea.You just walk through a door and there is a room with seating and it is so clean in there you dont even realise people are smoking.Theres lots of air ciculating and actually feels like your outside but you dont have to go outside.
I must admit going out to the pub is a pain as you have to stand outside to smoke and get really cold in the winter,but you have to remember people breath our smoke and i do think thats not right.
Summary: Just to say about the smoking room the clubs around my area have and why its only fair
