Sky sports can be purchased from sky in a package or seperately and is advertised in both sky hd and sky plus as the advert shows sky being stopped halfway through a match and then replayed showing the great features. 90 percent of the time the channel that i flick onto the t.v will definately be sky sports. There is a large variety of sports and activities shown on sky sports from extreme and unpopular sports such as red bull bmxing to live premiership and international football. There is basically every sport under the sun shown on sky sports at some point also including poker and poll etc. The main sport shown on this channel as i am sure you will be able to guess, is football. I watch at least 3 matches a week and i am always entertained by them. Sky sports also has a sky bet feature where you can bet on the various matches.
