... There will always be a large number of supporters who will buy the new kit, at full price, when it first appears. By discounting after a year they would surely get a sales boost (and probably make MORE money) from the likes of me who would buy at the...more

The new Saints third kit is a quite attractive number, rather reminiscent of the Arsenal yellow away shirt. I would like to say well done to the club for reducing the price to 30 quid; they say this is because it's just for one season. But has anyone pointed out to them that anyone who now buys the current home/away strips is in exactly the same situation (the kit lasting only one season)?
