Its not normal for so many weak teams to be huddled in one division. Its normal to have one or two bad teams out of 6 but not normally the whole lot of them. Unfortunately, that is what has happend to the SouthEast Division in the NHL. Lets find out why. Well I think its because Ice Hockey is predominantly a Northern sport in USA. Its taking a while for it to develop in the Suoth although it is doing so. That is why these relatively new teams are weak. Team by Team they have some stars.
