Austin and Mcman hated each others guts so things went from bad to worse to deadly.

One thing Austin did was fill McMan's 50,000 dollar car with cement, also when Undertaker and Kane broke McMan's ankle Austin came for a little visit, he beat him up and stuck a metal prod up his ass, surprisingly all McMan did was fire Austin and then Austin came to be the C.E.O. of the company, but he lost it in a ladder match against Shane and Vince.

I like Steve Austin because he is a really good wrestler and he does a lot of humorous things, his favourite saying is probably 'HELL YEAH' and 'AND THAT'S THE BOTTOM LINE'
