Swimming...Its good for You!!! (Swimming Pools in General)

Well now ive been off work 4 days and im getting fed up and cant wait to get back to work.

Anyway today i decided that i would visit the local swimming pool,which is situated in a local complex that does tennis,gym and all the rest.

I arrived and soon found out that you had to pay 75p for 1 hours swimming which wasnt bad i suppose,i had it in my head to get longer in the pool for the 75p but then i got handed a red wrist band which lets them know my hour is up.

So into the changing rooms,i hate changing in front of all these rowdy kids off the summer holidays.Anyway i get changed and make my way to the pool,one thing i always hated was going through that shower of cold water as you go into the pool,very bad!

Well there was a choice of 3 pools,the large one and the medium one and the kiddies pool,im not the best at swimming so i picked the medium pool.

The thing i hate about the local pool is the kids and some adults that swim past you,arms and feet going mad,i nearly got someones foot in my face,a case of foot in mouth:-)

Anyway i really got into it,swimming 3 lengths at one go,thats good for me but it took me 5 mins to ge my breath back so i lost a bit of my time that i have paid for,someone can work out how much i lost in money in those 5 mins.

Well it was great,plenty of scantily dressed young women,im getting relaxed and fit and all for 75p but watch out the buzzer has gone and the attendant is looking at the arm bands,time for me to see how long i can hold my breath underwater,yes long enough,hes gone!

I reckon i got 15 mins extra before he caught on so i made a profit today,the only thing is going back through that cold shower and changing in front of a different bunch of kids.

I recommend going to the local swimming pool,its good value and for the length of time you get its also good value,anyway thank you for taking the time to read another opinion by myself..Take Care!!!
