Advantages: We are targeting the bad guys

Disadvantages: Only if they have oil

Peace in Northern Ireland?,huh. Its worse as it ever was in the ghettos and minds of the youth as the paramilitaries turn to full time crime to fill their idle warped minds.Prime Minister Thatcher called them common thugs over freedom fighters and in my opinion she couldn't be more correct.
The thugs of the working class districts have exploited their youngers for forty years in certain sectarian housing estates.

Hate can only be bread when the prejudice isn't skin color .The parents never ending need to tell their kids they are Protestant or Catholic and they should hate each other on this island is the perpetuation that keeps this modern country in a third world mentality.
Its such a beautiful place to live in all truth and if this pathetic cycle can be broken then theres great times ahead for a united Ireland.

The recent breaks in-s and seemingly secure police stations on the province and the excellent expose of British forces running a shoot to kill policy show's that this peace is still very much a corrupt state.
The South is also suffering from corruption of a more financial type with all the mid seventies and eighties people that matter in Eire embroiled in a tax dodging scandal.
Even with a new police force with Catholics and Protestants wearing the cap proudly there is still chaos and marching to the beat of the orange and green drums.

Tony Blair may kid us there is peace their because the Irish politicians say so and that we don't get so many bombs an the mainland. But in truth the maiming and killing goes on as drugs become the new currency of hate to replace the fight for the so-called freedom.
After the bloody struggle, the freedom they have earned is quickly unraveling as they pull the communities apart again with blood feuds and bombings on their own to fill the power vacuum's. Like Mrs Thatcher said, this was never about freedom but about power and corruption.

It's the ma
rching season in Northern Irelands where each side reminds each other about their differences that never seem and will go away. The IRA political groups are stirring up the parades so they can claim areas in the Protestant estates as their own. It's always been about territory in this place and its getting worse.
This tension and rioting is making certain areas no go for the police so the paramilitaries can step up everything from protection rackets to smuggling. The drugs trade is a very lucrative one and no peace protest is going to get in the way of that.

Armed robberies in 2001 increased by an incredible 264% as the thugs run lose in lawless areas. Hijackings were also up big time at 100 percent. This scum are almost running the lives of coward people here now with the police and government having to turn a blind eye to keep the peace process alive.
This massive increase in crime cash has found its way into the Real IRA and unionist terror groups coffers to buy more weapons and bombs.

Because the RUC has been stripped down and deregulated, officers have walked away as anti-terror budgets are cut and specialist units closed down. That may send a message to the south that things are better but it just means things getting a whole lot worse for the poorer north.
The place is tinder bow waiting to go up. And if we ever get any summer here its not far off that. Both sides paramilitaries are fomenting trouble they're to turn the communities against the police so they can continue their illegal operations and control them instead.

The early release scheme is supposed to help quell tensions in Northern Ireland. One such terrorist was released under this license only to try and murder someone. He was released on bail to which he responded to be involved in an armed robbery,or which that to he was released on bail. The judge commented off the record that he was told the man was a valuable asset in "keeping the lid"
on this part of Belfast.
Then to cap it all he was given a paid job as a community development worker by the court to keep him out of their judicial minds.

Tony Blair hasn't the courage to tackle this injustice and will turn a blind eye like he has on the EURO decision. Major and Thatcher would never have shirked from such responsibility.
The New Labor leader doesn't seem to have a problem with supporting the Israelis in a similar conflict though. He has just allowed British weapons parts to be sold to America and placed in Apache helicopters loaned to Israel. And we all know what they are used for.

Iraq is next up now that Bush as got his mid term election winning war on terrorism up and running. The financial scandals that could bring him down need to be buried quick before the November polls, so a winter attack on Iraq should solve that one and boost the flagging economy.
The War on Terror is an on going thing so America and Blair to some extent can use this excuse for conflict when ever things get hot domestically.
Theres no doubt that Saddam is still dangerous but I would put ten countries ahead of them most likely to attack the US through terrorism.. Saudi Arabia and the Yeomen would be at the top of that roll call.

Afghanistan was bombed to pieces for no other reason than to allow the United states and Russia to secure the worlds biggest oil reserves around the Caspian Sea. The Talaban are no strangers to meeting the United States on friendly terms before September 11 and had no reason to harbor any terrorist until the yanks turned nasty.
The leaders who have been appointed to run this country by America area mish mash of drug runners, terrorist and pro American old enemies.
The King was the man the people really wanted to lead them away from despair but instead the US put in their own man who has strong oil links.
The politics in Afghanistan is about oppressing the people so they can harvest t
he massive illegal opium crops to the west. It wasn't about the country being the home of Al-Queda.

There may have been only six or seven known training camps in the baron ancient warrior country and the US had a battle plan on the table long before September. All the military units seem to be in place for the attack as if it was planned to the second. September 10th was the day the attack plan was dropped on Bushes desk in the Oval office.
Some 5000 people have been culled by high altitude bombing out there which seems to be for an eye for an eye for New York and Washington DC.
The wedding attack last week was the icing on the cake for the gung ho Americans and if ever there was an act of terror then that was it.

Britain actually harbors a significant terror suspect the Americans are dying to get their hands on. But the MI6 has supposedly got him stashed in a safe house in fear of retribution from Al-queda if we hand him over.
This countries philosophy of turning a blind eye to known terror groups and active cells here in the hope they wont target the hosts may have caught up with us.
The French also have asked us to extradite some people that were involved in plots to bomb the Paris Metro and the GB meeting last August.
The French intelligence had tipped of Bush and the American president decided to keep it to him self that a plane may be smashed into the venue by hiding on a his aircraft carrier. Well thanks for telling us you Texan swine.

One mans terrorist is another mans freedom fighter. We have all heard that a few times over the last year or so. But Israel is an example where this does not apply.
As a player in the arms industry im totally on the side of the Jewish State here as like Northern Ireland, they are in a no win situation against terrorist who have the Palestinians brain washed and repressed to unthought of depths.

The youth of this so called country are primed at a young age to hate J
ews and the unlucky few who are sent to the suicide bomber schools. They treat their sacrifice like a goal by David Beckham against their enemies rather than any religious statement. They see it as away to be famous or important like a drug-dealing pimp in Brixton.
Wherever religions and fundamentalism based around those doctrines are dominant you will have directed hate against those who the bosses what you to hate.

Everytime Israel offer the Palestinians movement for their own state Hamas step up the suicide bombings because they lose power if those agreements are met. Nothing destabilizes paramilitaries more than democracy and the people having choice.
It seems what ever Israel do to try and stop the horrific carnage to their children and people the Palestine terror groups will only except the total extinction of their race. Something they have had problems with before.
If we had Islamic suicide bombers in London culling non-military targets you can expect similar swift reprisals.

I find that most terror groups in my line of business have no real cause flowing through their blood and are often serving religious or political masters.
Its usually the case that the foot soldiers and terrorist fall by the side when it comes to nominating leaders and presidents when the coup is achieved or the objective obtained.

Sri-Lanka seems to be the exception to the rule right now with both sides actually laying down their guns and agreeing a truce with the government. Something similar to was brewing in Columbia but has just recently collapsed after the Americans collapsed it.
The yanks will pretty much do anything to insure they get cheap oil from the biggest fields. Theres no scruples when it comes to keeping petrol at a dollar a gallon their,a symbol of what the country is all about.

I can't rate this honestly so I haven't.
I'm not too sure exactly where your facts come from but one thing I would like to know is where the hell do you get gas in America for a $1.00 per gallon? Sue
