o dear... never have i tried to do business with such a bunch of thieving little pikeys. How people like that are allowed to trade make me want to become a criminal as according to caterham police... its not breaking the law...?
that fat mark is going to get his fat face caved in and the big boss man should ensure every thing he has ever owned is insured.
DO NOT ENTER THIS DEALERSHIP... LET-ALONE BUY A CAR OFF THEM.

I bought a car with a three year warranty only to find out three months later that they had not registered the warranty but had given me a twelve month warranty with a limit of £500. As the cam belt had just gone (despite apparently being replaced just before I bought it) I am now £1500 down.
These people are a bunch of crooks - DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE!.

Do not buy from the Broughton Group.
I have taken them to court, I was in court on Thursday 07/02/08 with Mark Phillimore ,they were given a further two weeks to produce there defence as they never received the documents from the court. If any one out there needs assistance on the quickest way to get them into court, please contact me and i will help you, I will give a full explination once the trial has taken place.

Bought a 4x4 from these jokers 2 weeks ago for towing. So far we have had several problems with the Jeep. It was advertised as a Limited SE and is actually a Limited. The air con doesnt work. The MOT is invalid. The warranty is not valid and it has previously been crashed!!! To top all this, the clutch has gone after only owning the car for ...

Do not buy anything from this sorry excuse of a car dealer. The car I purchased has been nothing but trouble since i picked it up and the abuse I have received from Robert borderlines on psychotic. The man is a bully who threated to attack me if I came anywhere near the dealership to find out if my car had been repaired. Mark the manager does not ...

Good job I found this site!! Was thinking of buying a Ford Explorer from these people, encouraged by the lpg conversion and the twenty four month warranty. Looked a pretty good deal but then I stumbled across this site and reviews of them and I won't be bothering. Car seemed to be exactly what I was looking for but ...

I had ended up buying a car from them. For my luck, the car is running now after several problems. To cut my story short, I had a very similar experience as the previous reviewer. I have paid the deposit of £300 and I was told that it has the full service history and the MOT's from the previous users to support the mileage history. I ...

This "group" are just bullies. Mark (the owner) is charm itself until he turns. Bob/Robert is evil and abusive. Lee is a liar. Please make sure if you have any complaints against this company to contact Trading Standards - I did and I received excellent advice as well as finding out that they have been investigating this company for two ...

I brought my KA about 2 years ago. Before I brought it, it needed the bumpers spraying, a cd player puttin in and the windows changing to electric ones. The jobs were all done when I picked it up. Within a week the bumpers bubbled and peeled so I phoned and they agreed to re do them. The cd player surround was a different ...

I purchased a Land Rover Discovery from the Broughton Group. To be honest they got a good deal from me and I prob lost out on the part exchange a fair bit- nonetheless the car was a solid classic discovery with an excellent service history and an unbelieveable service file. The power steering box went 4 months after i bought it and ...

I am afraid i'm another scalp collected by the broughton group. Went and looked at a car at the end of last year and for once (and last) time i tought i would be impulsive and but it. Thinking i new the right way of going about things i ordered an HPI which was clear, and arranged an inspection but i'm sure you won't be surpised to know they ...

I brought a car for my girlfriend at the broughton group in may 2005. They seemed polite and efficient and offered us a two year warranty. Fortunately we've just decided to have the car serviced by an old family friend who informs us that the spark plugs are badly fitted and cannot be unscrewed and that the front suspension forks are ...

In December 2004 I agreed to buy an LPG Vectra from this company daling with a chap called Bob. There were no documents with the car at the time but Bob said they were all at the head office. I was promised a full service history, a Gas fitting Certificate (essential to avoid Congestion Charge) and a two year warranty £1000 per claim. I left a ...

Anyone looking at buying a car in should be wary of seeing any advertisements offered by "The Broughton Group". They mainly advertise in London's Exchange and Mart publication. When calling them, I was confronted by a man by the name of Bob, who seemed nice enough and told me that the car was interested in was still available. When ...
