The Kelloggs Diet Discussion

Newest Review: ... this year (I've promised myself a Juicy Couture bikini if I get to my goal! :p) I've lost 4lbs and 6 inches!! With exercise aswel though. This is great because I love cereal anyway, so I really love the diet! My snacks that I have are really great. I have Cadbury's Light Chocolate Mousse (only 1.8g of fat!!), Muller yogurts (About 2.5g) and sometimes I have Walkers baked crisps which have only 2g of fat!!! I love my fruit aswel, and dinners usually consist of something quite healthy. The other night I had a 2 small size jacket potatos with beans and cheese and a slice of garlic bread with salad. That's the great thing about this diet! You ... more

I have been doing the Crunchy Nut diet for about 2 weeks now and I'm so impressed! Same as everyone else I indulged a little too much over the festive period. After losing 8lbs last year and putting it all back on over the festivities I decided enough was enough. My 30th birthday is on the 21st of january so drastic action is called for as I have an outfit I'd like to look my best in. The Diet:- The diet I'm going to follow is the Kellogs Drop a jeans size in two weeks program. How does it work:- For 2 weeks, you eat a bowl of Kellog's Special K (they suggest a portion of 45g) with semi-skimmed milk for breakfast and another for lunch then a balanced meal for dinner. For variety you can substitute the ...  Read the complete review

Six weeks ago I had a lovely baby girl! She was 10lb7, and I put on 6 stone!! When I was told how much she weighed, I was thought ?Wooohoo! That?s why I got so heavy, this should make me a lot less now!?, how wrong I was! I dropped two stone, and until two weeks ago I maintained that. To start with I was breastfeeding, so I couldn?t go on any fad diets to shift it, so I was a little fed up. Unfortunately I had an infection, and the antibiotics I was put on killed my milk supply. I had to put Georgia onto formula milk, but at least I was now able to diet in an attempt to shift some of the unwanted pounds! I couldn?t decide what to ...  Read the complete review

I was on the Kellogg's Diet, and I personally feel it worked. It's hard to say exactly how much weight I did lose in the two weeks of dieting because I was also exercising. However, I was already exercising before I went on the diet. After two weeks I had lost a total of five pounds. Though that may not seem like much, I was able to fit into clothing very easily that had once become very snug. I also felt healthier and more energetic. My sleep even seemed more refreshing. I don't know if it was just the Kellogg's alone or not, but I felt better than I had in a while. Also, I read some people's reviews about how you cna use any Kellogg's ...  Read the complete review

When i started the diet i was 12st 11lbs.. not BIG i know but more than what i felt comfortoble in my self with. I took a half eaten box of ChocoFlakes to work one morning as it was just a half brained thought i had that i might try it. I thought i would feel hungry but infact.. i felt better than i had done before. I ate my bowl, drank my coffee and felt happy that i didnt want any more food.. no feeling of yurning or want.. Now see, i hadn't really ever eaten breakfast before but ...  Read the complete review
