Advantages: Doesn't leave you feeling hungry, no adding up everything you eat, you get results!

Disadvantages: Probably not the best thing for someone who doesn't like cereal!

I have been doing the Crunchy Nut diet for about 2 weeks now and I'm so impressed! I'm 17, and not really fat, but want to shed a few pounds before I go on holiday this year (I've promised myself a Juicy Couture bikini if I get to my goal! :p) I've lost 4lbs and 6 inches!! With exercise aswel though. This is great because I love cereal anyway, so I really love the diet! My snacks that I have are really great. I have Cadbury's Light Chocolate Mousse (only 1.8g of fat!!), Muller yogurts (About 2.5g) and sometimes I have Walkers baked crisps which have only 2g of fat!!! I love my fruit aswel, and dinners usually consist of something quite healthy. The other night I had a 2 small size jacket potatos with beans and cheese and a slice of garlic bread with salad. That's the great thing about this diet! You can get away with indulging just a little bit and still see results! I would recommened this to anyone! Sod the 'Cabbage Soup' diet! - This is fabulous! xxx

Summary: Overall I would recommend this to anyone, it's brilliant!

hey im 14 and im 5"6 and 127 pounds. everyone says im perfect but i suck in a little of my stomach and im always self conscious about it, do you think this will really work for me? i just started two days ago. i normally eat the cereal for breakfast and then have an organic carrot or cellery for snack. and then for lunch i have organic lettuce with slices of grilled chicken and peas and slices of peach and instead of salad dressing just vinegar and then i take my vitamins with it. then for dinner i just have the cereal and then drink lots of water. i have a job so working out is pretty hard to do, but i normally swim or walk around my neighborhood my goal is to lose about 7 to 10 pounds and about three inches around my waist. ive heard alot of different reviews on it and i never have any luck on diets even though im very good at sticking with them i cant find something for me. do you think i can achieve my goal in about a month or two?

In what way is what you are on the Kelloggs diet, you seem to be eating unhealthy and fatty foods (have you checked the salt, sugar, calorie content of crunchy nut? or the fat in cheese?) including crisps. There's no such thing as a healthy low fat crisp, they are all as bad as each other. Crunchy Nut is one of the high calorie cereals on the market (apart from the ones aimed at children).

You don't seem to be eating any fresh food at all, everything is processed. To lose weight you should eat healthy food, fresh fruit and vegetables, drink water and fruit juice and walk around 10 thousand steps a day.

Diets don't work, healthy eating and exercise does - and it's cheaper in the long run, too.
