I have been doing the Crunchy Nut diet for about 2 weeks now and I'm so impressed! I'm 17, and not really fat, but want to shed a few pounds before I go on holiday this year (I've promised myself a Juicy Couture bikini if I get to my goal! :p) I've lost 4lbs and 6 inches!! With exercise aswel though. This is great because I love cereal anyway, so ... Read the complete review

This is the easiest way to diet if you have absolutely NO willpower whatsoever! Basically, its simple. You eat Special K, berries or peach, twice a day - once for breakfast and once for lunch and then a proper meal. I am going on holiday with my boyfriend for the first time at the weekend and i want to look amazing on the beach, therefore I ... Read the complete review

Same as everyone else I indulged a little too much over the festive period. After losing 8lbs last year and putting it all back on over the festivities I decided enough was enough. My 30th birthday is on the 21st of january so drastic action is called for as I have an outfit I'd like to look my best in. The Diet:- The diet ... Read the complete review

Six weeks ago I had a lovely baby girl! She was 10lb7, and I put on 6 stone!! When I was told how much she weighed, I was thought ?Wooohoo! That?s why I got so heavy, this should make me a lot less now!?, how wrong I was! I dropped two stone, and until two weeks ago I maintained that. To start with I was breastfeeding, so I ... I was on the Kellogg's Diet, and I personally feel it worked. It's hard to say exactly how much weight I did lose in the two weeks of dieting because I was also exercising. However, I was already exercising before I went on the diet. After two weeks I had lost a total of five pounds. Though that may not seem like much, I was able to ... Read the complete review

Given that you use skimmed milk- or at a push semi-skimmed this is going to work, and I found it did but probably the wrong reasons. Its working on the basis that if you replace two meals a day with cereal then you'll loose weight- this is basically due to the fact that a bowl of cereal is never going to be more than 200 calories- at a push ... AIM : To lose half a stone in time for my summer holiday. Day 1) I heard about the diet from a friend and decided to try to lose weight for summer. I tried this diet because it sounded realy simple, easy to stick to and some of my friends had had good results. It was brilliant, a bowl of cereal with low fat milk for breakfast and lunch and then whatever you wanted for the other meal. In my first week I lost a total of 6lbs and a further 3 lbs the following week. Cornflakes are a bit boring ... Read the complete review

I tried the two weeks kellogs diet. I enjoyed the experience but didn't lose any weight. It did stop me from munching during the day though. I found I was not so hungry and therefore didn't need to snack. The cereals were very tasty and filled me up adequeatly until it was time to eat again. The variety was what I enjoyed about the diet. ... Read the complete review

Well, I didn't think I'd make it, but I did! I had a fortnight to go, before going to my sister-in-law to be's wedding. I'd tried on 3 seperate outfits (as you do) and none seemed to fit comfortably. My husband came home from work and told me about a Kelloggs Cornflakes Diet people at work were trying, so I ... Read the complete review

I have just read some opinions about diets , I hate that word dont you , it brings to mind tastless food, starvation and being miserable because you feel restricted over what you can and cant eat. I prefer to use the word healthy eating, if you have got a few pounds to lose dont bother with any of these QUICK WEIGHT LOSS diets , yeah you ... Read the complete review

Kelloggs ran a series of adverts promoting the 2 weeks where you would eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast and lunch and then have a normal evening meal, it was alsi quite liberal with snacks and the like. It made it all seem very easy and straightforward, a bit like slim fast with cereal i felt! Anyway, i was cynical about this diet from the start ... Read the complete review
