I've read lots of these recently and thought I'd add my own to the long list!


How did you discover dooyoo?

I was on Ciao and read a review on Dooyoo and thought 'that sounds a better review site than this!'


Why did you join?

At first it was for the money I won't lie! But now I'm totally addicted and love the whole community feel and I really do love writing too!


What was your first opinion on dooyoo?

It was on Bepanthen nappy cream and how good it is for healing tattoos! It wasn't many words over the 150 word mark but I still got 'very useful' ratings for it. It did only get 14 ratings though but on that first day I did write about 10 reviews!
That was way back on the 7th August 2008.


Did you find it easy to get the hang of dooyoo?

Yeah I think the site is really simple to navigate and the new reviews list is great to check out the latest reviews.
I seem to use the messaging bit more than anything recently lol and that's easy to use too!


Did you read other opinions before you posted your first?

No I didn't, maybe I should have; would have probably put more effort into my early reviews then like I do now.


Do you write/no/some/many comment's?

I write a lot of comments, I know I enjoy reading the comments left on my reviews and if someone has put effort into a review they deserve a comment I think. I usually leave most comments on my Circle of Friends reviews but that's because they write fantastic reviews!
Some people's reviews always deserve a comment and they always leave one on mine too, you know who you are.


When you click on newest reviews, do you read your friend's review's no matter what it is about?

I read most of the reviews in the new reviews list but I always make sure I read my circle of friends first; they're the ones who always return rates so I think they deserve priority.


Do you write your opinion's in one sitting?

I usually do yeah, but sometimes I remember little bits I need to add and then go back and tweak them. I write my reviews in Word first and save them there so I can update them, then when I'm sure I'm finished I post my review.


Do you use a spell check?

As I said I write my reviews in Word first so that highlights any mistakes, I can spell though so it's usually just typos which everyone makes!


Do you think you can improve your chances of a crown if you suck up to a guide?

I know some of them may think they are but they're no different to the rest of us, so a definite no!


Are you a member of a forum or chat room?

No time for that with my Dooyoo addiction.


Does it get to you when member's praise you or condemn you?

Everyone likes praise!
At first it did used to get to me if somebody left a negative comment, it was one guide in particular who picked me up on everything I wrote including the fact I didn't say cheese was unsuitable for vegans in one review! Now I ignore it and haven't had a negative comment for a while.


What did you do with your spare time before dooyoo?

I had more of a life lol! I did normal things like make the bed, get dressed and sometimes even go out!
I like my dooyoo life though so I'm not complaining.


What do you wish for the future?

In my dooyoo life: lots of shiny crowns, though I have an idea for Dooyoo; I think girls should get Tiaras as they are much prettier : )

In my (other) life: far too complicated to go into so I'll say world peace!
