This is a list of my favorite ten songs, they wont be to everyone's liking but they are my favourite.

10. System of a down - Chop suey

I love this song, it is the song that got me into System of a down, its totally mental and makes me feel like I have loads of energy. My partner said he doesn't like some of my music but I have heard him listening to this yet when I put it on he says its crap!

9. Rammstein - Du hast

I loved this song from the first time I heard it. I used to go to a pub on a sunday night where they had a music quiz, the people that did this quiz where mostly into rock music and this is where I first heard this song. I had never heard of Rammstein before hearing this song but I really like their music now.

8. Bryan Adams - Summer of 69

My mum and dad split up when I was 18 years old and though I am glad they split up because the are both really happy now this song reminds me of when they are together, which is nice to be reminded of how things where sometimes. This song was played a lot as I was growing up, im not sure if it was their song or just one thy really liked but I always think of my mum and dad when I listen to this.

7. Beautiful south - Pretiest eyes

This is a really nice song. It reminds me of my partner because he has the nicest eyes and where he is happy he gets lines at the edge of his eyes, most people will just think old age when they see this but I love to see the lines because I know he is happy and his eyes light up too which melts my heart. I always think of Phil when I hear this.

6. Queen - Don't stop me now

This is a total feel good song, it is my favourite Queen song. It gets me in the party mood!

5. Keane - Everybody's changing

I love this song because it came out around the time me and Phil got together so it reminds me of a lot of happy times together. We used to look after my brother in laws pub when he went away for the weekend - which was most weekends or when he went on holiday, we used to sit in the pub when it was closed and everything was cleaned up and have a drink and wind down before we went to bed - this song was played all the time.

4. Christina Aguilera - Beautiful

If I am ever doubting myself or worried what other people think of me I always listen to this song and it always makes me feel better. Its a great song because she is basically saying just be yourself, if people dont like it then it doesnt matter just dont let them get you down.

3. Eva Cassidy - Over the rainbow

My great nana (Nana Bell) was in a home before she died, we had got told she was dying and had all been to see her. I decided to go see her again one last time. On the way to the home I saw my Nana and Grandad going in the opposit direction, my now ex-husband asked if I still wanted to go, at first I said yes but then I just seemed to panic inside and told him to turn around and go to my aunties (which was where my nana and grandad where going). We both arrived there at the same time, we had only been in the house a short while when we got a phone call to say my Nana Bell had died. I f I had gone to the home that day I waould have been there when she died - I dont know if I would have wanted that. I wish I could have been there for her but I dont know if I could have ever got over that. When it was the funeral I didn't cry at all at the church or the crematorium until this song was played then I just couldn't stop. Everytime I here this I think of her and I always listen to it on the anniversary of her death and her birthday.

2. Christina Aguilera - I turn to you

This song is the reason me and Phil got together. We where best friends before we got together. He told me he had a song that described how he felt about me and would lend me the cd. The first time I listened to the song I nearly cried. It makes me feel good and it is now our song. I love this song.

1. Aerosmith - Dont wanna miss a thing

This is my favourite song ever - I love it. If I am ever down this song cheers me up. When I was going through self harming listening to this song stopped me harming myself loads of times. I dont know what it is about this song but for some reason it just always cheers me up.
