Advantages: Classics
Disadvantages: None
In no particular order.
1) Button Moon
A classic show about items made from the household such as Mr Spoon. Follow the adventures of this little creation. An imaginative watch, perhaps looking at it now it is not in comparison with the special effects of today etc but nonetheless it is a great show.
2) Rainbow
Zippy, George and Bungle. It is a humorous programme that is suitable for children and adults. A cult classic!
3) The Wombles
The wombles of wimbledon, a show about little womble creatures that womble around on their daily adventures. There are some 'green' messages hidden in these shows, such as recycling.
4) Inspector Gadget
Inspector Gadget is another classic, with Inspector Gadget being a pretty poor detective and his enemy being Dr.Claw, whereby Penny and Brain usually come to the rescue.
Go gadget go!
5) SuperTed
The teddy bear that has magical powers. This is a great british show, where the story follows the lives of Ted and his friend Spottyman. They are often fighting evil characters namely Texas Pete and his gang.
6) The Raggy Dolls
An 80's cartoon that follows the rejects that did not quite make it. There are numerous characters with some part or another not being quite perfect so do not make it out of the toy factory. Watch their little adventures.
7) The Shoe People
A magical transformation of a variety of shoes who turn into little characters and who live in their own little land. Follow their adventures. An original storyline with a range of humour.
8) Dennis The Menace, a classic tv show following the naughty Dennis the Menace who likes to cause trouble and menace people, namely Walter the softy. It is originally a comic cartoon, featuring in the Beano.
9) The Flintstones
Focused on the lives of Fred Flintstone, Wilma, Barny and Betty Rubble. This is an animated show that is set in the stoneage. The show has a number of levels of both humour and cleverness.
10) Danger Mouse
Another cult classic that follws the paths of secret agent, Danger Mouse and Penfold who are usually on a mission. There enemy is a frog, named Greenback.
