Advantages: Whats not to like about Chocolate
Disadvantages: It might set your chocolate munchies off
Please sir can I have some more Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate!
3-2-1-Im a Chocoholic and I'm proud!
I was mortified when I heard that they might tax chocolate. Now really what is there to hate about it as its yummy, moreish, addictive, scrumptious, divine, smooth, soft, tasty, flavoursome and comes in milk, dark and white. Oh it is such a delight!
It is one of my weaknesses I just can't resist or give up. I do prefer plain old milk chocolate as I'm not too keen on dark chocolate but will dabble into white chocolate. Over the years chocolate has gone up way too much in price anyway that I find it cheaper getting the bigger bars which is even worse for my addiction. But I do try to curb my addiction and eat it in moderation and have started to like eating Freddie Frogs which are a light on the pennies as well as the calories!
I will try ay kind of chocolate once (have to be polite) but for some reason I seem to be drawn more to Cadburys than any other chocolate. Mind you their strange advert at the moment is a little off putting with those eyebrows twitching. I did like the airport toy run though and the song! When abroad I do have a penchant for Milka chocolate or Lindt though they are quite yummy too.
My list could be endless but will try to stick at 10!
10- Fry's Turkish - I love these as a treat although the chocolate covering could be a bit thicker. They are superior to the Cadburys Turkish Dairy Milk even though Cadbury own Fry's.
9- Spiral - Haven't had one in years and I think these are simply lush. The taste and texture of the spirally chocolate makes them yummy. Sad thing is I think they stopped making them (how cruel)!
8- Fudge- Yummy little treats and cheap too and remember the advert for these when I was little. ''A finger a fudge is just enough to give your kids a treat''. Have these shrunk over the years as the price hasn't gone up much-still cheap at 15pence each!
7- Curley Wurley - love these and take ages to eat so good for a naughty chocolate nibble! Put them in the freezer and you risk cracking a tooth!
6-Aero Mint - I love the bigger bar shaped version of these and they taste so much better than the plain Aero version. Those bubble really do melt in the mouth.
5- Cadburys Buttons - love these and so moresih. Great for sharing with the little nieces and nephews -one for them two for me, one for them two for me! (hehe)
4- Freddo Caramel frog - You can get this in plain chocolate and with caramel. The caramel one is scrumptious and I love biting Freddie frogs head off! A few calories and still only 15pence.
3-Galaxy Ripple -on this occasion I find the Galaxy Ripple outstrips the flake and truly does melt in your mouth and there is less mess than a flake. It is a succulent super duper chocolate.
2- Crunchie - these are so addictive and I love eating the chocolate first then saving the honeycomb crunch! Remember that Friday feeling this is one for the weekend!
1-Wispa - I have loved these since a child the Cadburys Wispa is so superior in taste to the Aero I was so pleased when they brought them back! Every time I see these in the shops I have to buy one and I seem to be addicted to these at the moment
Tada .......... The End
Summary: chocolate, chocolate, chocolate
