Top Ten Actors

These are probably not my top ten actor's full stop but they are ten that make you take notice and can act enough to make you rent a movie with them in it. The Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt type of pretty boy just doesn't do it for me and I like actors that really get into the part and not worried about how they look line on screen or if the other guy or girl has better lines. They just take over the movie and suck you in. Rebellion and charisma is the name of the game. I am always finding new actors to drool over but here are my top ten favourite actors of the moment ~10~ Gerard Butler This man is just utter sex god and i think hes a brilliant actor. He comes across as a real confident cheeky chappy of a guy and i was so jealous of Katherine Heigl in The Ugly Truth where she got to kiss and touch him. It would be easy to rattle of a list including the likes of De Niro, Pacino, Brando, Bogart, Nicholson, Day-Lewis, Olivier, Peck etc etc. But everybody knows these names and their movies. I would like to give props to those who get little or no recognition, those who you may never have heard of. Generally I'd like to give credit where it is due to a few of my unsung acting heroes and rising stars. The order was difficult to decide as I'd probably have most of them as joint number one, but anyway... 1. Christian Bale - Bale has been working overtime since 2000: American Psycho, Equilibrium, Batman Begins, The Prestige, 3:10 to Yuma, TDK, Terminator Salvation and Public enemies in production. There are actually more than this. He has been turning out massive titles. It seems that everything he is in turns out extremely popular. 2. TOP TEN ACTORS - I don't fancy these (well not all of them) but appreciate them as actors and there just seems to be something intriguing about this lot... Arnie: I loved Arnie from the first time I saw Terminator when I was a little girl and although he is not the most talented actor (the most believable) I cant help but watch movies he is in and I love it when he tries not to be such a hard man (eg- Twins and Junior) Nicolas Cage: He is by no means the best looking actor but there is something about him that draws me to his movies - it must be the roles he chooses to play.
