I love my TV and I have a million favourite characters so this is going to be very, very hard! Well here's my list:

10: Phoebe Halliwell - Charmed
Phoebe is the funniest sister in Charmed. Some of the things she comes out with is just so funny. Also it is great acting by Alyssa Milano.

9: Patrick Star - Spongebob Squarepants
Patrick is the stupidest character on anything I have ever watched. He doesn't really make sense whenever he talks but that's one of the reasons I like him so much lol.

8: Ben Harper - My Family
One word to describe him - cheap! He is a really funny character, him and Susan are the funniest characters on the show. He is also the cheapest person on any show.

7: Wesley Wyndam Pryce - Angel
I hated Wesley on Buffy the Vampire Slayer because he was really up-tight but since he was Angel he lost all that and was a normal-ish person. Really good acting.

6: Homer Simpson - The Simpsons
Homer is SO funny. He is just so stupid but at the same time he's not, its kind of weird lol.

5: Xander Harris - Buffy the Vampire Slayer
The sarcastic Scooby. He leaves his fiancée at the alter but then still wants to be friends with her. He is a funny character but can act serious when needed, great acting.

4: Angel - Angel
Angel the depressed vampire. He ran away from Sunnydale, home of Buffy, and went to LA to start his own business where he saves people from evil.

3: Cordelia Chase - Buffy the Vampire Slayer / Angel
Cordy goes from coolest girl in high school to failure actress who fights evil with a vampire. She's quite a funny character and can still be funny when it's supposed to be serious.

2: Spike - Buffy the Vampire Slayer / Angel
Spike is the funniest character on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. He starts off evil and through the series you see him gradually become good. He gets his soul back and he goes crazy. Really good acting.

1: Buffy Summers - Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Buffy is the "leader" of the scoobies. The best slayer seen on the show, funny, sarcastic, can be serious. Really good acting and my favourite TV character.
