Advantages: Variety, Comedy, Drama

Disadvantages: None

So here are my top 10 tv programmes. I am not including cartoons in this category as I could have a top 10 for them separately.
In no particular order.

1) Only Fools and Horses

This is a classic comedy series that will have you laughing over and over again. I have been watching this show since a child and still love it.

The main characters are Delboy and Rodney who seem to bounce off each other very well.

2) Fawlty Towers

This is one of my favourite programmes of all time that only ran for a limited number of episodes, with each one being a classic. There was some spark of genius in the writers of this show, which I believe is an original one off that cannot be copied.
A great comedy show, with a different style of wit and humour to usual.

Main characters: Basil, Sybil, Polly, Manuel.

3) Some Mothers Do Ave Em

This show focuses on Mr Frank Spencer, a young man who seems to have a habit of causing disasters. It is a humorous show to watch, with a sense of humour that perhaps not everyone may get.

4) CSI

Standing for Crime Scene Investigation, this is a show that I find thoroughly interesting with varying topics throughout the shows. There are different versions of CSI, such as CSI Miami, CSI New York. I find the show to be gripping, with suspense and something that you can really get into and be part of.

5) Lost

This is a gripping drama show, which started in 2004 that has one in suspense. The storyline is unique and it is just brilliantly filmed and keeps one interested throughout. There will be six series in total.

6) Frasier, this is a comedy show that focues on Frasier Crane and his family. I find it to be quite a sensible type of wit, rather than a hilarious comedy.

7) Will and Grace, a modern day show that focuses on the lifes of Will and his best friend Grace. The pair are like a married couple, even though they are not, as Will is gay. The show focuses on relationships and friendships and it is easy to watch.
The main characters are Will, Grace, Jack and Karen. Karen is one of my favourites.

8) The L word. This show was one of the first of its kind, a raw, upfront show about lesbians. The show has varying content, from happy to sad, from explicit scenes to difficult subjects. It is an enjoyable show where you get to know the characters and follow the story through the ups and downs.

9) The Munsters, the show about a bizarre family, released in the 1960's. It is a classic show to watch with a mixture of characters from Frankenstein like to vampire to count dracula.

10) Black Adder, a cult classic that has a variety of episodes from different historical times. The main characters are Blackadder and Baldrick. The humour is subtle but impactive.

Summary: Watch them!
