Advantages: Decent defence.

Disadvantages: Poor attack.

Since George Graham arrived at Spurs the club has begun to look like the old 'boring boring' Arsenal side of the early 90's, except without the silverware!

Now I know that he did a job when he first arrived and that was to stop the die being relegated. That part of the job was done well enough, but since then the club hasn't been improved sufficiently.

Spurs have always tried to play atractive, passing and attacking football. This hasn't always been succesful but at least you are guaranteed an entertaining game, at least most of the time.

Unfortunately George Graham, great manager he was for Arsenal, does not build sides to play this kind of game. He builds them around the defence, which was succesful in getting the side out of relegation difficulties when he first arrived but now a change is needed.

Case in point being the sale of Ginola, one of the most entertatining players in the whole Premiership. He is a 'luxury' player who isn't going to work at winning the ball back, but can turn a game in a moment of brilliance. He has been sold in my opinion due to a clash of personalities.

We can look forward to a season of mid table mediocrity, we won't concede many goals, but will score about the same number. Perhaps a good cup run is the best we can look foward to, especially as there is a number 1 in the year! Well there is next year!

I think it was worth keeping Ginola even if he only played the odd game as he has that special ability to turn a game.

Yes anyone is an improvement on Gross, and I think that Graham deserves more time, but let's see how the new signings do.

fair point, but graham is a man that we should give more time, Ginola is a great player but at 33 he has 1 season left at the most. Besides how can you complain when we had to put up with Gross before, at least we are mid table standard and looking to develop and not clearing relegation by a couple of points, Rome wasn't built in a day remember?
