TV Coverage - Satellite or terrestrial?

Advantages: Satellite has improved the English game

Disadvantages: Some people think there is too much money created

When Premier League football went to Sky Sports for the first time, the only difference between it and terrestrial coverage was that Andy Gray had Subutteo to illustrate a teams tactics. Since then football has almost become a new sport.
The money that has gone into football thanks to Sky Sports has enabled English clubs to buy world-class foreign stars. Although many people don't like this, the money from satellite football coverage has made the Premier League the most exciting football league in the world - if you were a Chelsea fan, for example, would you want a strike partnership of John Spencer and Gavin Peacock or Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink and Gianfranco Zola.
Satellite coverage has also seen football taken into the digital age, with viewers able to watch one individual player for 15 minutes or listen to 'real' football fans commentating rather than the so called experts.
If terrestrial football coverage becomes better than satellite, then I would be more than happy to see football back on BBC or ITV.
