Advantages: Ok once in a while
Disadvantages: no spice
Are women only capable of watching the most basic of programmes during the day?? It's something I'd like to ask the TV Gurus. Are we only interested in cookery, chat shows or DIY? How many more programmes are we going to get like this. Just because we are housewives doesn't mean some of us might not like to watch something with a bit more bite to it. How about a bit more variety? It would be nice to watch a decent film or documentary for a change. I'll scream if I'm told how to cook a meal, how to cure piles or retile a bathroom one more time. Or am I the only one who feels like this?

- 16/11/00 The mornings are not so bad, Trisha then Richard and Judy, but the afternoons are a whole different issue. I fail to find one thing I ever want to watch, Bergerac seems the best option. I would havw thought that there would have been some reasonable daytime viewing figures that would have warrented them paying some attention to their schedule, obviously not, they just think of the large number of viewers at night! |

- 11/11/00 I actually like some daytime TV. Go to BBC1 - I put the TV on for company while I do the housework. Have a look BBC 1 is OK - City Hospital, Doctors & the News, I also like the House Invaders plenty of inspiration there! Haven't been patronised or heard any pile remedies yet! lol :-) |
