In theory a uk team would be excellent because it would bring more success to the British Isles as a whole o we would be well known. It also would be a very strong team and it would be competing witl some of the best teams in the world. There would be problems though because if you were to chose one i think it would be dominated by certain teams and this would not be good because it would make problems between certain countries and with us being so close it would not be helpfull. What i meant by domination is that if you where to select a midfield it would be all United (Beckham, Keane, Scholes and Giggs)and these would cause problems domestically and internationally. I think that if there was to be a united kingdom team it would look something like this.

As you can see from this team that there are 5 Man Utd Players, 3 Leeds Players, 1 Arsenal Player, 1 Tottenham player and a Liverpool player so as you can see there are no players outside of the premiership. You can also see that there are no Nothern Ireland Players so they will not be to happy so we are better off staying as we are because they would be conflict between the countries
