The price of petrol in this country is beyond ridiculous. How can so much of the money we pay go to the government when they don't even spend it properly. Our public services should be brilliant with the amount of money from petrol being spent but they are far from that. People would not buy many products with this amount of tax put on them but the government know we have to buy petrol. The cost of filling up a small car is about £40 a week. This is a large chunk out of a lot of people's wages and other countries don't stand for it so why should we?
