Advantages: We are getting closer to curing everything all the time due to this process.
Disadvantages: Cosmetic vivsection is cruel
I would first and foremost like to apologize for my poor previous attempt at this review.
There are 2 forms of vivisection in my opinion. Necessary and unnecessary. Necessary vivisection is on medical grounds and unnecessary is on cosmetically grounds.
In my opinion apposing medical vivisection is an extremely foolhardy position to take. It has saved many millions of lives and will continue to for a very long time, until it is replaced by a superior form of testing or we are made invulnerable to harm. I myself have diabetes and IBS and I would be dead if not for vivisection. Those who appose this form of vivisection are living in a dream world and would have a very rude awakening if in my, or many of the millions of people who are alive due to vivisection, shoes.
Cosmetic vivisection is on the other hand not at all funny. I truly disagree with this form, as do most people.
Still debating it is not going to do anything anyway I suppose.
Once again apologies to all I offended earlier. I will be good from now on.

- 11/08/09 No, it's not the only way we have. There are a lot of alternatives and would be even more if people did more research into them instead of putting the money into a method which is clearly not working.
I think that stem cell research is not only more effective but it also has more support. |

The only other option I can think of is stem cell research as a replacement, which is unlikely with the current way of thinking of the majority of the population. |
