Advantages: NONE

Disadvantages: Pain that you wouldnt put yourself through.

Of course animals have feelings; anyone with pets will recognise that screech from their cat when they have trodden on its tail.
I have had all sorts of pets from rats, snakes, cats - the list goes on - and each and every one of them has had character and a PAIN threshold.
It disgusts me that with all the new technology and a host of other things that are developed, we STILL test on animals.
Tesco doesn't test any of its products on animals, so why is it that they can sell a perfectly good washing-up liquid yet Procter and Gamble still have to test on animals to sell their brands ie: Fairy, Pampers, Ariel; the list is endless.
You know the pain of shampoo or soap in your eyes, nice to be able to rinse it out quickly, isn't it ... yet how would it feel to be held down by force and subjected to this pain?
If ANYBODY did this to you they would end up with charges brought against them!
Thats why I THANK every animal activist out there for standing up for the rights of all living creatures.
It must take a heartless person to even be able to carry out experiments on any living thing.
As for my taxes paying to support this sort of sickening act, why can't everyone's taxes be spent on developing new ways of testing products so maybe one day we can buy any product without the air of thousands of tortured animals hanging around it?
I would like to know why the RSPCA and alike are powerless over these issues as it is nothing more than CRUELTY.
If you are sickened by testing on animals then I urge you to take that extra second looking at the products you buy; they will say if they are cruelty free. I know a lot of people still don't do this, but maybe if you did then slowly the message will sink in.

Thats very strange when I was put to sleep for my appendix operation when I woke up I was in complete agony!Very odd, maybe you should sell this new wonder anasthetic to hospitals if it cancels out pain on awaking!

Vivisectionists avoid inflicting pain at all times. Procedures are carried out under anasthetic, we are not heartless you know!

But like I said if other companies are able to sell a perfectly good washing up liquid without the testing on animals then why dont others follow suit??
