World Championship Wrestling was a Promotion operating out of Atlanta, Georgia in the USA. It specialised in providing Wrestling Entertainment, in forms of Live shows, Pay Per Views, Toys, Video Games and Music and Videos to fans of the product and its cast. It ran from 1988 to 2001, when it was bought by Ted Turner from Jim Crocket, however, it wasnt until 1995 that WCW would become a success and a defining part in the Boom of Pro-Wrestling at the time.
