ALLSTARS WRESTLING

I was always in to wrestling as a kid, I would go to my step-brother's house every weekend and watch the old WWF, with the likes of Sting, Hogon, Savage, Million doller man, the steiner brothers, vader and more and i loved it, I would jump up and down like an over excited boy at christmas when the faces came on and booed like hell when the heels came on, obviously i did not know at that point that wrestling was scripted, nor did I know what heels and faces were, to me they were good guys and bad guys and it was great, but none of my friends liked it they said it was sad and pathetic because they did not know what it was so on a saturday i took 5 of my best friends to watch a WWF show at my step-brothers house and when we lefted they were just as excited as I was and that was when the love with wrestling between me and my friends began.

Wrestling is going through a very populer period right now and that brings me to the biggest cheat of all, Allstar wrestling, now I live in London and we don't get any wrestling shows in our town(Bethnal Grenn) apart from allstars and to be frank I wish they did not bother coming, all the kids got very excited at the first show as on the flyer it promised yokosuna(this was about a year before he died) and the bush-whackers and the legion of doom and a host of other top names all of them did not turn up and it was left to a bunch of the worst collection of "wrestlers"(and i use the term wrestlers loosely) I have ever seen and i have seen some stinkers in my time, take the first match for instance, it lasted 25 minutes and it consisted of 2 moves, the headlock and the snapmere and that was it just those 2 moves over and over again and by the end of the show the kids were put of british wrestling because they thought all british wrestling was the same as the crap they had just been witness
to, and when they came back later in the year there was a load of new kids that did not make the first show and the show was identical to the first one and come to think o it all 5 shows i have been to have been identical the same wrestlers facing each other, the same moves i could even sit there and tell a friend of mine what he was going to do before the wrestler did it which is not right at all.

I am sorry if i am offending any wrestlers that might read this that wrestle for allstars but take some advice and leave and go to a proper promotion you can do better than this piece of rubbish allstars do not care about putting on a show all they care about is that wrestling is populer here and how they can put on the worst wrestling shows ever and have the cheek to charge £15-£20 per person they only care about robbing the public which is what they are doing because quite frankly i would rather go and watch a backyard fed than this rubbish and you know how I feel about backyard efeds.

I have spoken to numerous people about why they go to the allstars(and thats another thing why is it called allstars? there are no stars wrestling for them) and they all say the same thing "because there are no other wrestling shows in London" now stop me if I am wrong but don't FWA have shows in London? infact didn't they just have a show? but you see promotions like allstars advertise in papers like you would not believe and i can not recall ever seeing an advert for the FWA but then again allstars have the money after putting on a crap show thye do about 5 a week which is 5 too many quite frankly, the reason they are still going is because they have people thta pay to come and watch and until people wake up and realise they are being conned by them then they will always be here the only way to stop this poor quality wrestling is to not go but that will never happen because they will always have people that need their"fix"of wrestling and i
am afraid that it is the good promotions that will suffer the only piece of advice i can give is this..next time you want to see a wrestling show do not waste your money by going ot an allstar show, instead go and see an FWA, EEW, NWA show as they will give you a better show than allstars could ever do.
