Water Aerobics is the best! (Water Aerobics)

After years of hating excersise I decided to go along to my local sports center to see what was on offer to entice me into the excersising club...to my suprise I found you could do aerobics (a class I particularly hate !)in the water! That was 12 years ago now and I still love it, it is a marvellous way of feeling you have done some excersise but without all the huffing and puffing in a sweaty hot gym! Aquafit is brilliant for all ages young and old and all levels of fitness, I was not particularly fit but I still managed to get through a whole hour of this without passing out!!! The other good thing about this is you can do it while you are pregnant, I did it throughout my pregnancy although you do have to be carefull of overheating as where the baby is is like a microwave so you are advised not to get too hot and be carful on the jumps, mainly in case you are kicked.Cost varies from pool to pool but it is very popular so get there early.Most of all it is fun!
