Advantages: good young players

Disadvantages: not doing so well at the moment

Harry Redknapp is blessed with excellent potential at Upton Park, with Michael Carrick, Joe Cole, Rio Ferdinand and Frank Lampard, it's so good that one side has so many future England hopefuls. Who needs to spend so much money when the likes of young Joe Cole, could be worth 30 million one day......no exaggeration.

Harry Redknapp will do well to keep them, he should tie them down on long contracts, so there is no chance of them walking away on a bosman free. With so much talent, I do not think it will be long before the side get their first victory, and move up the league.

Their defeat to Spurs in the London, must have hurt the managers and players a lot. For, periods of the match they played some good football, but could not convert it into goals. Once, the goals start coming, it will be fine.
