I haven't received a payout from Dooyoo yet, being a bit of a slowcoach at the reviewing!

I started writing reviews so that any money I make from Dooyoo can be used in one of two ways ( I still can't decide which option to go for!).

The first option is to make a small but useful overpayment on our mortgage. Even a one off mortgage overpayment is a step closer to having more equity in our property and eventually being mortgage free.

Because I have had to take a couple of hefty paycuts in the last 12 months I would like to feel like I'm contributing a bit more to my future with my boyfriend.

However, I read in the news yesterday that GMAC will consider paying some of the people with GMAC mortgages up to £25,000.00 to leave GMAC and go to another lender if they are in negative equity. No early redemption penalties will be payable. REALLY makes me wonder why I'm trying so hard to kep my head above the negative equity water! Grr! ;-)

So, if I'm feeling frivolous and cross at "the system" (which I think will probably be the case!), I will spend my first £50 from Dooyoo on a nice evening out with my other half! I don't feel like I can justify a meal out anymore, unless it's for a celebration, so it would be nice to go out with no bill paying guilt!

Mmm... am thinking about food in a nice restaurant now... choice made methinks! ;-)
