Advantages: Bags are great and I like the little hidden compartments in them all
Disadvantages: I have too many and I put everything including the kitchen sink in my bag!
**What's in my bag now?**
I have a penchant for handbags and like to treat myself to a new one every few months and every holiday trip. It doesn't matter whether they are big or small as long as they are different and look nice. It doesn't matter where I buy them either, although I don't like to pay over the odds for a bag and will generally stick to high street brands or quirky ones when abroad. I do like to take a big bag to work but like my smaller ones for going out or lazing about.
**My big bag**
I have my big bag as I have been too lazy to empty it and switch bags recently. It is full of useful and useless things and its getting quite full of a lot of stuff so needs a little clear out! This bag is like the Mary Poppins of bags and never looks full but has all kinds in it.
**What's in it?**
I have all my beauty essentials which even though I don't end up using much through the day I cat leave home without them. They are there just in case and like a security blanket. There is my trusty round paddle brush with spare elastic bands as you never know might need to tie my hair up. Then there is my lovely little make up bag which is full of my make up treats including foundation, Touch Eclat, concealer, mascara, eyeliner, bronzer, tweezers and a little mirror. Then I have a small tub of E45 which is very versatile and handy for my hands or face. There is my deodorant and a lovely bottle of Versace bright crystal perfume. Oh I also found a tub of carmex lip balm, my Sally Hansen maximum growth nail varnish and Avon cuticle cream.
I then have a little zippy bit inside where there are emergency health type stuff. There is my trusty Optrex refreshing eye drops and lens wipes for my glasses and my glasses case. I have some spare Tampax and for some reason I also have a collection of Plasters and Lempsip Sachets yet seem to have lost my Paracetamol tablets. The Lemsip must be from my recent bouts of colds. There is also 11p hiding in here-lucky me!
Inside the main part of my bag if I dig further I can find a pair of gloves which I've been keeping since my circulation is poor at the moment and keep getting cold hands but hopefully can take out soon as we move into the nice weather. They are nice gloves from Oasis and quite long too so nice and warm for when I'm driving to work early in the morning. Then I have my camera which have had a while and I put in over the holidays to take photos with the family but forgotten to use it so far!
At the bottom of my bag I find my car keys and some spare biros oh and a handy packet of tissues . Then there is my purse with not a lot in it and an empty fudge wrapper! But not stopping there as this bag has front and back zip sections too (it really is big). In there I have found about a dozen pencils and pens, my work ID and a memory chip.
**All tidy now**
Well that was a good root through and it's now a little tidier. Although I don't need half the stuff in it I cant bear to leave home without all my stuff as I'm the type of person who likes to be ready for the just in case moments. I think its time for a new bag purchase after all that!
Summary: I want a new bag now that I have rooted through this one
