As soon as i saw this question, it inspired me to have a good root around my make-up bag and give it a good clean. I never really do this as much as i should so it deserves it! lol

My make-up bag is a large pink polka dot bag i bought from TK Maxx about a year ago. It is crammed full of stuff and i actually only keep the stuff in here i need on a day to day basis. I have a big drawer at home crammed full of make-up purchases too!

Emptying my make-up bag out on my bed, heres whats inside -

} Vaseline Lip Therapy Lip Balm - I love this as it is the best lip balm i have ever come across and i have used it for years. It keeps my lips silky smooth and i also use it to tame my eyebrows and massage into my cuticles.

} Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat - This is quite expensive but i love it as it conceals blemishes and dark circles like a dream and gives my skin a lovely dewy glow.

} Max Factor Creme Puff Powder in Truly Fair - This is my one make-up essential i cannot live without! It is a light fragranced powder that gives great coverage and makes me look instantly made-up. I love it.

} A Pack Of Primark Hairclips - I always have a pack of these in my make-up bag as they are great for bad hair days and clipping back stray pieces of hair that get in your face when its windy.

} Maxfactor Masterpiece Mascara in Black - This really makes my eyes look bigger and makes my lashes lovely and long and thick. I bought it recently from Boots for £6.99

} An Avon Hairbrush - I have long hair so a hairbrush is essential when im on the move to keep my locks lovely!

} Clinique Foundation - Makes me look so much better when i have that hungover feeling. Gives my skin a lovely dewy look.

} 3 Barry M Dazzle Dusts - I love these little dazzle pots. They make my eyes look amazing and really big.

} The Body Shop Foundation Brush - This cost over £10 about a year ago and i use it too blend my foundation evenly to avoid that dreaded make-up line around the chin.

} Gosh Natural Blush Electric Pink - I only bought this last week. Im still trying to work out whether i like it or not as it is quite difficult to blend.

} Maxfactor Black Eyeliner - I love having dramatic eyes so always use this to define my peepers. Ive had it for ages, its very long lasting.

} Pink Tweezerman Tweezers - I bought these as i hate messy looking eyebrows so if i see a stray hair i can pluck it. Nice eyebrows make such a difference to how your whole face looks.

} 8 Cotton Buds - I carry these around to blend eyeshadow for that sexy smoky look.

} £2.15 in loose change. Great!

} J Lo Glow Perfume 30ml - I like smelling nice so always carry some perfume around with me. This is the bottle im using at the minute.

} Virgin Vie Lip Gloss - Ive had this so long i cant even make out the shade on the stick as the writing has worn away. It still gives a lovely deep pink glossy colour. Ill have to order another one of these as its nearly empty.

} No7 Instant Radiance Beauty Balm 30ml - I got this as a present recently and it leaves my skin so soft its amazing. Im going to buy it from now on as it seems perfectly suited to my skin.

}No7 Sunkissed Bronzing Pearls - These give my cheeks a lovely bronzed look as if ive got a nice natural suntan.

} Superdrug Nail File - This cost about 99p from Superdrug and its great when i have a few spare minutes and i can fix up my nails.

This is everything that was in my make-up bag. Im quite surprised as i thought there would be more! I also found a packet of Tic Tacs and two old bus tickets. Ill continue having a good clearout of my make-up bag and i think i need to order some new make-up (any excuse!) ;)
